Okay, these are the pieces that I went to the Goodwill to purchase....when I also walked out with a table and chairs! Each piece is separate and has been glued together with household epoxy, then spray painted with frosted glass spray paint. The next step will be to paint each piece, though at the moment I am liking the frosted look on the clear pieces. The navy blue piece is currently drying after being painted. Will publish follow up pictures.
